In 2006, Tania Balazs joined the team, bringing a background in landscape design and a knack for recommending high-ROI improvements. Having grown up in a real estate family, Tania has real estate in her blood. She’s a skilled negotiator and a sharp analyst of contracts and strategy.
Lisa Robesch rounded out the team in 2020. She has a Master’s in Education as well as years of experience working with General Contractor Blue Heron Builders. With a natural ability to understand clients’ needs and guide them with clarity, her eye for renovations and a home’s condition adds valuable insight at every stage.
