A little bit about Tania...
The daughter of a successful East Bay real estate broker, Tania upholds her family's reputation of integrity and dedication. As a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Environmental School of Design, with a BA in Landscape Architecture, she established her own firm and went on to design custom residential gardens throughout the Bay Area. Use of climate-appropriate plants and irrigation systems was always a priority. Her passion for landscaping, architecture, and interior design helps her clients fully appreciate – and evaluate – the indoor/outdoor qualities of a home.
Born in Santiago, Chile, Tania has traveled extensively in South and Central America, Europe, and the Middle East. A natural language learner (she speaks Spanish, French and Hebrew), she has also lived in Israel, where she worked for the country’s foremost environmental organization. Later, Albany, Berkeley, and El Cerrito were home, so she knows local neighborhoods and communities intimately.
A successful Realtor since 2005, Tania returned to the Bay Area to make real estate dreams come true. With a special talent for bringing out a home’s best features, her subtle touches make a huge difference in the perceived value of any property. She loves working closely with individuals and families. Integrity, dedication, and relentless attention to detail are the cornerstones of her practice. Dynamic, visual, and a great communicator, Tania brings a palpable enthusiasm to her work. Her home TLC is nothing short of transformative.
A lifelong animal lover, Tania gives generously in support of local and international animal rescue and protection activities. A natural outdoors enthusiast, exploring regional parks and hiking with her twin boys, husband, and dog keeps her happy.
